Any later claims for quantity and physical damage to the goods will not be accepted. Shipping costs for the goods are not included in the price of the goods. If the goods are not in stock, immediately after stocking. The consumer/buyer is informed by e-mail about the stocking of the goods and the completion of the order.

5. The operator/seller is entitled to demand the fulfillment of obligations, in particular the payment of the price for the goods, regardless of the fact that the ownership of the goods and services has not yet passed to the buyer. The risk of damage to the products passes to the buyer at the moment of acceptance of the goods by the buyer.
